What is a table host?

The Treasure Life Events is to inform guests about our ministry as well as inspire them to financially support the ministry. Table hosts play a vital role in supporting our mission and introducing our ministry to a greater support base. 

Table Host responsibilities:
  • Invite 8-10 friends – Consider those who are pro-life and may have a heart for a ministry like WELS Lutherans for Life. Guests should be people you think might be a valuable addition to the our base of supporters. Once you register, it’s easy to invite friends through email. You can also mail invitation cards; simply let us know how many you need, and we’ll send you a packet of invitations.
  • Register your guests - Register guests on the registration page. 
  • Confirm your guests’ attendance – Remind your guests as the date approaches that you are excited to host them at Treasure Life Events!
  • Arrive early – Be ready to greet your guests at the beginning of the social gathering time. 
  • Distribute pledge forms – During the program you will be instructed to pass out pledge forms and you and your guests will be guided through its completion. All guests will be asked to consider making a financial contribution to the ministry.
  • Collect pledge forms – After the forms are completed, place them in a provided envelope and deliver them to the staff at the registration table. 

This is not a large commitment, but a very important contribution to the overall success of the event!
There is no charge to host a table.
